Earlier this summer one of last year's undiscovered parsnips produced an amazing plant. 
It had finally dried out...
...so I collected some of the seeds 
There were hundreds of them - no need to buy any next year 
Self saved seed is meant to have a good germination rate - fingers crossed for next season!
